Delete your Repcord account

You can delete your Repcord account and all of its data at any time. This page explains how, and what deletion removes.

From inside the app

This is the fastest route, and it takes effect immediately.

1. Open Repcord and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Preferences.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app installed

If you no longer have the app, email support@example.com from the address you signed up with, asking for your account to be deleted. We will confirm once it's done, normally within 30 days of the request.

Requests are answered from the signup address so nobody can delete an account that isn't theirs. If you signed in with Google, use that Google account's email address.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, with no way to recover it:

• your account and sign-in credentials;
• every workout, exercise entry and logged set;
• your workout plans, scheduled workouts and goals;
• your body-weight history;
• your profile, preferences, reminders and favourites.

Nothing is retained afterwards, and there is no separate retention period for any of it. Deleting from inside the app also erases the copy stored on that device. If you have the app installed on other devices, deleting from any one of them signs the rest out; uninstall it there to remove the local copy as well.
