Delete your Repcord account

You can delete your Repcord account and all of its data at any time. This page explains how, and what deletion removes.

From inside the app

This is the fastest route, and it takes effect immediately.

1. Open Repcord and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Preferences.
3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE and tap Delete account.

Without the app installed

If you no longer have the app, email support@repcord.app from the address you signed up with, asking for your account to be deleted. We will confirm once it's done, normally within 30 days of the request.

Requests are answered from the signup address so nobody can delete an account that isn't theirs. If you signed in with Google, use that Google account's email address.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, with no way to recover it:

• your account and sign-in credentials;
• every workout, exercise entry and logged set;
• your workout plans, scheduled workouts and goals;
• your body-weight history;
• your profile, preferences, reminders and favourites.

Nothing is retained afterwards, with one exception: an encrypted backup taken before the deletion still contains the data, and is deleted after 30 days.
